Privacy Policy

In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119/1 of 4 May 2016), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, I inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is CHEMMIO SP. z o.o., ul. Prosta 70, loc. 5P, 00-838 Warsaw, REGON: 385439252, NIP: 5272918890.

  2. Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the rights and obligations, in particular:

    • to fulfill obligations arising from a concluded agreement/order. The basis for processing will be Article 6 (1)(b),

    • to fulfill legal requirements (tax, financial settlements, archiving, handling complaints) under Article 6 (1)(c),

    • the use of personal data for marketing purposes, including receiving commercial information to your email address – provided that the Client has explicitly consented to this – based on Article 6 (1)(a) of GDPR and Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR – the legal basis for processing here is the legitimate interest of the Administrator,

    • data related to email correspondence – based on Article 6 (1)(b) of GDPR and Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR,

    • to pursue, defend, and enforce claims under Article 6 (1)(f).

  3. The recipients of your personal data will be external entities providing services to the Company in accordance with data processing agreements, as well as entities authorized by law, in particular: Tax Offices, Courts, Police, Prosecutor's Office, Bailiffs, Supervisory Authorities.

  4. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years starting from the end of the calendar year or until the expiration of the limitation period or expiration of the warranty/guarantee – in accordance with legal requirements.

  5. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it (after the archival period), limit its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  6. If you believe that the processing of the provided personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Poland – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  7. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

  8. Both the Data Administrator and the Data Processor are obliged to take particular care to protect the interests of individuals to whom the data relates and meet all the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 concerning natural persons in relation to the reasonable security of IT systems.
